1.2 Refunds: No refunds will be given.

1.3 Soul Study membership: In the event that you purchase the She Leads course and subsequently opt to enroll as a Soul Study member, please note that there will be no reimbursement for the She Leads course. If you would like to save over $200, make sure to join as a Soul Study member. 

1.4 Failed payments: If your payment fails to be processed, we will contact you to make arrangements for payment. Whereby a payment is not received, and arrangements to make payment are not resolved, access will be withdrawn 7 working days after we first make contact with you. Upon access being withdrawn, and until your outstanding balance has been paid, you will not be able to purchase or register for any other membership, course, event or offering provided by Stephanie Swail and Soul Study. 

1.5 Disputed charges: Any individual who initiates a charge dispute with Soul Study will be banned from future product purchases or membership access. We treat cases of disputed charges with utmost seriousness, particularly given our status as a small company.
