1.1 Monthly payment plan: You will be automatically billed on a monthly basis for an initial five-month period. After the initial five-month period has been completed you can cancel your payment and membership with Soul Study by providing at least 15 days' notice ahead of your next billing date, in writing, to [email protected]. If you do not cancel, you will continue to be billed automatically.

1.2 Failed payments: If a payment fails to be processed, we will contact you to make arrangements for payment. Whereby a payment is not received, and arrangements to make payment are not resolved, your membership to Soul Study will be withdrawn 7 working days after we first make contact with you. Upon your membership being withdrawn, and until your outstanding membership balance has been paid, you will not be able to purchase or register for any other membership, course, event or offering provided by Stephanie Swail and Soul Study. If you decide to join Soul Study again at a future date you will be required to pay your outstanding balance before membership will be granted, in addition to the re-join fee.

1.3 Refunds: No refunds will be given.

1.4 Re-join Fee: If you choose to cancel your membership and wish to rejoin during a period when our enrollment is closed, there will be a $188 (USD) fee to reactivate your membership. It is important to be aware that this fee is separate from the regular monthly membership payment.

1.5 Disputed charges: Any individual who initiates a charge dispute with Soul Study will be banned from future product purchases or membership access. We treat cases of disputed charges with utmost seriousness, particularly given our status as a small company.

1.6 Cancellation: If you request to cancel your membership with Soul Study after the initial five-month commitment and at least 15 days ahead of your next billing date, we will process the cancellation within 48 hours of receiving your written request. Upon cancellation, you will lose all Soul Study membership privileges with immediate effect, including access to the Soul Study Mighty Networks platform, Soul Study Telegram channel and Soul Study Facebook group. To cancel your payment, you must email [email protected] and let us know you would like to cancel your membership.
