1.1. Package Inclusions: This Premium VIP Access package comprises of 1 x 1:1 personalized intensive coaching session with Stephanie each month for the five month period; and monthly membership to Soul Study for the five month period. 

1.2. Coaching sessions: Coaching sessions are to be scheduled at your own convenience and are to be scheduled one per month during the five month period. Please note that unutilized sessions within a month cannot be carried over to subsequent months.

1.3. Monthly payment plan: You will be automatically billed on a monthly basis for an initial five-month period.

1.4. Refunds: This Premium VIP Access package is non-refundable.

1.5. Cancellation: This Premium VIP Access package is non-cancellable. 

1.6. Soul Study Membership Extension: To extend your Soul Study Membership beyond the initial 5 months, kindly reach out to us at [email protected] at least 15 days before the conclusion of the initial five month period. This will allow us to seamlessly transition you to one of our ongoing membership subscription plans.

1.7. Failed payments: If a payment fails to be processed, we will contact you to make arrangements for payment. Whereby a payment is not received, and arrangements to make payment are not resolved, your membership to Soul Study will be withdrawn 7 working days after we first make contact with you; and your remaining coaching sessions with Stephanie will be cancelled. Upon your Soul Study membership being withdrawn and until your outstanding membership balance has been paid, you will not be able to purchase or register for any other membership, course, event or offering provided by Stephanie Swail and Soul Study. If you decide to join Soul Study again at a future date you will be required to pay your outstanding balance before membership will be granted, in addition to the re-join fee which is $188 USD.

1.8. Disputed charges: Any individual who initiates a charge dispute with Soul Study will be banned from future product purchases or membership access. We treat cases of disputed charges with utmost seriousness, particularly given our status as a small company.
